They claim 6400 dpi but there is NO WAY !The tracking speed is far too slow even set at the highest setting and the mechanical tracking isnot accurate . The cursor jumps and jerks so if you need anything at all that works this isn't it. Spare yourself the trouble ! Customer service is a total fail and no matter what you can just kiss your money goodbye. Stick to the higher endKensingtons and pass this junk by.
