(More customer reviews)When my dog mistook my BB 8100 for a chew toy I was sure I'd have to replace the phone, but decided to try replacing the housing first.It shipped immediately and arrived in perfect condition, along with two tiny screwdrivers and a tool to open the case.This assembly has everything I needed - keys, trackball, lens - but no replacement screws or microphone.Two things to note, however.The microphone WILL fly out when the case is opened - and be careful with the screws.The tools provided are perfect, the assembly is intuitive (no instructions included) - and the housing replacement makes the phone look - and feel - brand new.If you need instructions, check youtube - there's a video that shows all the steps.
