(More customer reviews)If I didn't have a co-worker who was so mechanically-minded, this product would have ended up in the trash because I seriously doubt I could have figured out how to disassemble my old phone and reassemble with the new parts.There were no instructions, it is tedious and challenging, and it took several tries to get all the parts (speaker phone and ringer especially) to work.
On the other hand, my phone now looks like new.
