(More customer reviews)the product arrived on time, but in very poor packaging and without instructions, unassembled. After about an hour of trying to get it in my blackberry just so-so (it never quite fit) and it started fall to pieces and i'll have tiny microscopic screws in my carpet for the rest of my life. Now I am not, blaming them for my destroying the item, i'm not technically saavy, but they at least should have had a diagram or something so that someone without an engineering degree can put together relatively. My complaint is with the product, not the company....
